Marco Guizar- 5 Training Principles


I am Marco Guizar and I have founded my fitsom studios on the base of 5 training principles to provide strong foundation to stand the test of time. These 5 principles will bring amazing results in fitness of clients.
1.  SMR (Self-Myofascial Release)
You can start SMR at any time wherever you are standing at fitness spectrum. It has many benefits like
a.       aids in preventing injuries
  1. increases blood circulation
  2. helps rid knots and tightness
  3. improves joint function
  4. increases flexibility
  5. improves quality of muscle tissue
2.  DBA (Developing Body Awareness)
It includes complete awareness of things like correct body movement, shoulder alignment, straight feet, pelvic tilt and postures. Some tips like straight back and body movement will keep you free from joint pain and other body aches.
3. We facilitate PROGRAMS not WORKOUTS
General workouts are common thus, we provide proper experience on ongoing program to constantly push you and challenge you. This program will provide a prospect to use your muscles efficiently.
4.  FITSOM = A Fit State of Mind 
Cross the line of what you earlier used to do and what is outside of comfort zone, to analyze results. It will develop a healthy state of mind for assistance.
5.  You cannot out-train a bad diet!
Personal health is important because burning of calories will make you lethargic and less energized. We emphasize on proper diet and hydration for full potential.

Try Exercises for Improving Glutes by Marco Guizar

Someone who wants to increase the size of derriere and improve glutes then working out will help utmost. Although there are surgical solutions present but it is better to leave that extremities and try for another alternative. There are some specific exercises to build and tone up the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius and gluteus minimus muscles. I am Marco Guizar, founder and head trainer of Fitsom studios and I am writing here to provide two exercises for improving glutes. The key factor behind these exercises is proper warming up and cooling down with SMR or stretches.

Spin Lunges

It is unlike a regular lunge. It begins with lunge in which legs remain closer together and slowly move into a slightly narrower lunge. Pop back your pivot with back foot at 180 degrees then lunge with opposing foot. The motion should be smooth and try to enhance speed while maintaining poise.

Kick-backs

Begin with hands and knees in a table position and raise your head towards front. Kick one leg and try to raise it at maximum height keeping feet straight. Don’t let leg touch the ground and continue raising it in parallel position. Try next with alternate leg.

These two exercises are suggested by Marco Guizar which will sculpt perfect glutes without any gym equipment using body weight and natural resistance.

Marco Guizar Proposes Fitness Working Plans

Everyone suggests performing workout regimes, but no one specify that it should consist of a combination of cardio and strength training exercises. I am Marco Guizar, certified personal trainer from NASM. These exercises should be performed in routine to reap all health benefits. Create a goal in mind that should be realistic and attainable.
Strength Training

Before beginning with strength training perform some warm up from light cardio activity. Choose hand weights, kettle bell or training equipment that should be challenging but not that heavy. Remember breathing sequence and maintain good form throughout the exercise. I stipulate to seek attendance in case something is going wrong.

Cardio
Cardio is a best way for losing weight and burning calories. Select either shorter or high intensity activity at a slower pace. Walking, biking, running or spin classes can make you personally enjoy these popular cardio activities. It is very important to stick your plan firmly in order to reach workout goals in short time span.

Marco Guizar Suggesting Three Exercises for Glutes


Marco GuizarThe most effective way to improve the glute is by loosing and stretching the gluteus medius. It should be initiated with proper planning and under the guidance of fitness instructor. I am Marco Guizar Founder, owner and head trainer of Fitsom studios and I am writing 3 exercises for glutes. None of the exercises will be effective till the time proper warming up with SMR is performed. The key element for achieving prominent butt is to properly prepare by workout
and cool down adequately.
Hip thrusts
Lay on your back with the knees upside and raise your hips in the air. Hold it for 3 seconds and remember your body should be aligned diagonally.
Bulgarian Squats
It can be done with or without weights. Place one leg behind on a bench and ensure that standing leg is not nearby bench. Stand tall, engage and squat so that knee is left behind touching the ground.

Dumbell/ Goblet Squats
Place the feet, hip width apart and chest should be cocky with chin tucked as feet are placed parallel. Move in a regular squat and your glutes should be tucked when stand back.

Go for Proper Techniques Rather Than Getting Slim

I am Marco Guizar, owner of Fitsom studios and want to share my personal experience. Few days back I have taken big step back from my personal workouts for reevaluation. Actually I have some additional junk in the trunk on my belly. One day when I got ready for running I came with some realization that I am under remarkable quantity of stress from past time. For that I started reading books to analyze what’s wrong with the fitness industry. After studying I comprehended that fitness industry is treating symptoms rather than source of problem. Everyone wants to lose fat and for that they start metabolic workouts. Many gyms do not guide them to step ahead on correct path that will make them fit, agile and pain-free. Rather than getting slim or buff you should focus on proper techniques that will fix real issues. In order to help my clients for success they need to follow some training principles that I wrote.

Marco Guizar-Founder of Fitsom Studios

Marco Guizar
I am Marco Guizar, owner, founder and head trainer of fitsom studios. I have completed my education as certified personal trainer from California. I created Fitsom at a point in life reaching apex of happiness. I was really confident and stoppable to promote energy and confidence in clients. I believe that being fit is state of mind that helps in achieving any goal. My personal favorite exercise is Bulgarian squat because it resembles life. At some point of time it will keep the chest up and heels dug in so that at another point it will come out on top. My life’s achievement is Fitsom because I have realized that I run a gym for living and love all the people who are involved in this project.

I feel super proud for this as I know I have fought with tooth and tail to turn this as reality. My favorite food is Rose’s Cafe Breakfast Pizza or my mom’s spaghetti loaded with lots of cheese wrapped in a tortilla. I love hearing music of Kayne west and in fun time I am an avid trail runner that loves to spend his spare time in exaggerating my learning process to operate my business. I feel that I am really lucky that Fitsom is my hobby as I have ability to create and control my own environment.
