Try Exercises for Improving Glutes by Marco Guizar

Someone who wants to increase the size of derriere and improve glutes then working out will help utmost. Although there are surgical solutions present but it is better to leave that extremities and try for another alternative. There are some specific exercises to build and tone up the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius and gluteus minimus muscles. I am Marco Guizar, founder and head trainer of Fitsom studios and I am writing here to provide two exercises for improving glutes. The key factor behind these exercises is proper warming up and cooling down with SMR or stretches.

Spin Lunges

It is unlike a regular lunge. It begins with lunge in which legs remain closer together and slowly move into a slightly narrower lunge. Pop back your pivot with back foot at 180 degrees then lunge with opposing foot. The motion should be smooth and try to enhance speed while maintaining poise.

Kick-backs

Begin with hands and knees in a table position and raise your head towards front. Kick one leg and try to raise it at maximum height keeping feet straight. Don’t let leg touch the ground and continue raising it in parallel position. Try next with alternate leg.

These two exercises are suggested by Marco Guizar which will sculpt perfect glutes without any gym equipment using body weight and natural resistance.
