Marco Guizar Proposes Fitness Working Plans

Everyone suggests performing workout regimes, but no one specify that it should consist of a combination of cardio and strength training exercises. I am Marco Guizar, certified personal trainer from NASM. These exercises should be performed in routine to reap all health benefits. Create a goal in mind that should be realistic and attainable.
Strength Training

Before beginning with strength training perform some warm up from light cardio activity. Choose hand weights, kettle bell or training equipment that should be challenging but not that heavy. Remember breathing sequence and maintain good form throughout the exercise. I stipulate to seek attendance in case something is going wrong.

Cardio
Cardio is a best way for losing weight and burning calories. Select either shorter or high intensity activity at a slower pace. Walking, biking, running or spin classes can make you personally enjoy these popular cardio activities. It is very important to stick your plan firmly in order to reach workout goals in short time span.
